Soladey Eco Ionic Toothbrush Is Easy On Your Teeth, Your Budget, and the Environment

Good oral hygiene is a key factor in proactive health care. Keeping the teeth and mouth clean has now been linked to reduced risk of abnormal blood sugar levels (diabetes), the heart (coronary artery inflammation), respiratory health (aspiration pneumonia), and expectant mothers’ and babies’ health (early labour, premature births, low body weight).

How does it work? A photosensitive titanium rod inside the Soladey handle acts as a semiconductor, converting light into negatively charged ions. The rod releases these ions, which blend with water (saliva) to attract positive (hydrogen) ions from the acid in the dental plaque on teeth. The acid is then neutralized and plaque is disintegrated, reducing the risk of periodontal disease and bleeding gums. The Soladey ionic toothbrush whitens teeth and keeps dentures clean. It is clinically proven to remove coffee, tobacco and other hard-to-remove stains from teeth, and also refreshes dentures and braces with a specially designed replacement head.

Research on Soladey has been conducted at several universities including Osaka Dental University, Nippon Dental University, and the University of Saskatchewan. In four clinical studies, Soladey was shown to be more effective in plaque removal and prevention than regular toothbrushes and toothpaste, and to improve protection of the gums against gingivitis. This toothbrush is also good for the environment, and for the wallet. Soladey uses replaceable heads, eliminating the waste of a full toothbrush. By cleaning teeth naturally, Soladey eliminates the need for toothpaste, reducing use of the harmful chemicals and abrasives that can be found in many of today’s toothpastes, which go down the drain to be absorbed by the environment. With no batteries or moving parts to replace, and less packaging to purchase and send to landfill sites, users spare the environment and save money.

Soladey eco toothbrushes are available at select health food stores across the Greater Toronto Area or online at https://www.soladey.ca.
