How to Get Visible Muscle Gains Faster

The process behind building muscle is pretty simple but getting there can be difficult. There are so many myths floating around and they are often the reason why people end up stagnating. Starting on a solid foundation is one of the most important parts of building muscle. You also have to be ready to put the work in and use all the tools at your disposal. Let’s take a look at how you can get visible muscle gains faster.

Focus on Bulking or Cutting First

The very first thing you have to do is see if you need to bulk or cut before you start. Skinnier people will have to work on gaining weight first and foremost if they want to see gains. On the other hand, people who have excess body fat will need to focus on burning fat.

One of the biggest mistakes people make is thinking that they can cut and build muscle at the same time, but that’s almost impossible. This is because there’s a strong chance that you will hit a caloric surplus while trying to get enough protein. This is why you should focus more on doing some cardio and adjusting your diet if you’re overweight and focus on building muscle mass after.

Muscle size is not what’s going to give you muscle definition – your body fat percentage will. If you train too hard without losing that fat, you might end up with a bloated powerlifter look, so beware.

Use Supplements

Another thing you have to do is consider using supplements. You can take supplements to increase the amount of fat you burn during your workouts or to gain muscle mass faster. 5-HTP is one of the best supplements for people who want to burn fat faster. There are also some natural foods like green tea and caffeine that can help.

When it comes to increasing muscle mass and performance, few supplements are as powerful as turkesterone. Turkesterone is a naturally occurring steroid that can be found in plants and insects. It is similar to anabolic steroids but doesn’t act the same and doesn’t have the same side effects. It’s still important that you read this guide before you buy it to know what to look for in a turkesterone supplement and use it safely.

Understand the Importance of Rest

One of the worst things you can do if you want to gain muscle faster is to work out every single day. This is because muscle mass is not gained from lifting. Instead, muscles grow bigger and stronger after they’ve recovered from your workout. When you lift heavy weights, you create tons of micro-tears in your muscles. When you rest your muscles, you allow these micro-tears to heal and form scar tissue. It is actually the scar tissue that makes your muscle look bigger.

So, you must let your muscles rest for at least two days after each workout. The easiest way to do this is to do split workouts and never work out two days in a row.

You could do a lower body workout on Monday, do an upper workout on Wednesday, and go back to a lower body workout on Friday. This way, each body part will have had three days in total to recover. You should also take two days off after three sessions. Do that for a good period and you might be surprised by how fast and consistently you start making gains.

This is all you need to do if you want to get results faster with your routine. Remember to stay consistent, give your body everything it needs to build muscle, and be patient.
