Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped cucumber, unpeeled

  • 1-1/2 cups water
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • Optional Booster: 1 Tbsp sustainable fish oil

1) Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
