Mango Lassi

(Makes 2 servings)


  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup mango chunks
  • ½ cup goat, sheep, cow, or coconut yogurt
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 Tbsp honey (optional)

1) Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
