Mango Lassi
From the Vitality Food Feature 'Cool Foods for A Hot Summer'.
(Makes 2 servings)
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup mango chunks
- ½ cup goat, sheep, cow, or coconut yogurt
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 Tbsp honey (optional)
1) Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
