- 3/4 cup (180 ml) hot water
- 1/2 banana
- 2 Tbsp raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 4 to 6 dried dates or figs
- 1 tsp crushed linseed or coconut flakes
- 1 shot of cream, rice milk, almond milk or similar beverage
