Wild Grape Wine

For this recipe you will need a 3 litre size glass or porcelain container.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. of wild grapes
- 1-1/2 lbs. sugar
- 1 tsp yeast
- 1 Tbsp wheat kernels
- 6-1/2 cups water (boiled and cooled completely)
1) Wash the grapes and remove the seeds as much as possible.
2) Place the grapes into a 3 litre size glass or porcelain container.
3) Add all the other ingredients to the grapes.
4) Cover the jar tightly with a lid.
5) Store in a dark location for 7 days, then stir with a wooden spoon (not metal) every day for 21 days. (Stir at the same time every day.)
6) Do not stir for the next 2 days.
7) On the 24th day strain the wine through a tight sieve. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
