Recipe: Bragg’s Healthy Salad Dressing

From the Vitality Food Feature ‘The Wonderful World of Vinegar’.


  • 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 1 tsp dried basil leaves
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp raw organic honey
  • dash cumin powder
  • dash cayenne pepper
  • pinch of Himalayan salt

1) Mix all of the above ingredients in a jar, give it a good shake, and keep handy in the fridge to serve on salads.
