Ask the Doctor: Can I Protect Myself from Toxins in the Covid Vaccine?

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

If you follow the basic advice in this article, use natural blood clotting prevention supplements like omega-3, vitamin E, and enzymes like nattokinase, you are more likely to prevent abnormal blood clotting

Hi Vitality,

I’m a long-time reader of your magazine and really appreciate what you do for us readers and society in general! I’ve been searching and have not been able to find any information regarding how one might attempt to cleanse themselves after being forced to take the Covid vaccine.

I am doing well in my career but many of my colleagues are now worried sick as our “loopy” president has demanded that all employees be fully Covid-vaccinated in order to remain employed. He is well-to-do and has no problem paying fines, paying severances, paying whatever it costs to have his way (legal or not).

Anyway, has anyone written an article about what one might be able to do to attempt to cleanse themselves of a vaccine? Juice purges, liver cleanses, special diets etc? I am sick to my stomach about this and know that others here at work also feel the same way and think perhaps it might be a great subject for future article. I look forward to your thoughts! Thanks again for being so awesome, Bob

Dear Bob:

To date, there has been no published protocol on how one can detox from the potential harmful effects of Covid vaccines. Over the years, I’ve always been impressed with the benefits of using the far infrared sauna in detoxifying from anything unnatural. Evidence is accumulating on the benefits of this form of detoxification, and I believe it to be far superior to various advocated cleanses, diets, colonics or foot baths for ridding the body of accumulated toxins. Check out the first four references at the end of this letter to learn more about sauna detoxification.  (Editor’s note: To see a video about far infrared sauna therapy for detoxing the body, visit Vitality’s home page at www.vitalitymagazine.com)

Abnormal blood clotting appears to be the major reported side effect of the Covid vaccine and this should be the most important thing you need to prevent after getting the jab. The mechanism by which the abnormal blood clotting occurs is complex, occurs very rarely, but somehow develops through the mechanism of the injected spike protein.

Recommended Supplements

Just this past month I published an article in Vitality magazine about how to prevent blood clots naturally. This approach has a perfect application in this instance.

If you follow the basic advice in this article, use natural blood clotting prevention supplements like omega-3, vitamin E, and enzymes like nattokinase, you are more likely to prevent abnormal blood clotting. Although the side effects of natural remedies are very low and there are no studies done as yet on this strategy to prevent blood blotting from the jab, I see no reason why this approach cannot be used with confidence.

To protect yourself against potential liver damage you could supplement with N-A-C (N-Acetyl-Cysteine). This amino acid is used in conventional medicine for liver toxicity caused by acetaminophen overdoses. N-A-C can prevent liver failure and there is some evidence that it protects you from damage caused by the injected spike protein. As little as 1000 mg daily on an empty stomach for most adults is a safe dose.

N-A-C boosts the body’s production of glutathione, a major antioxidant that prevents damage by numerous drugs and harmful chemicals. N-A-C can also dissolve excessive mucous, improve lung function and help treat multiple viral infections. Just this month the FDA in the U.S. removed it from natural health product suppliers like Amazon for vague reasons. N-A-C is still sold without prescription at all Canadian health food stores.

Another very well-known remedy to both prevent and treat virtually any liver concerns is milk thistle. The active ingredient is called silymarin and it has very strong antioxidant properties. It complements N-A-C treatments nicely.

The other major potential side effect that has been well documented for the Covid vaccine is severe allergic (anaphylactic) reactions. Conventional medicine uses adrenaline, antihistamines and steroids to counteract these reactions and these drugs can be life-saving. These allergic reactions have been thought to be due to polyethylene glycol (PEG) found in the mRNA vaccines and polysorbate-80 in the viral vector vaccines. Since both classes of vaccines contain multiple chemicals there could also be reactions to other additives. By the way, if one is allergic to PEG, there is a cross-sensitivity to polysorbate-80. In other words, if you cannot take one class of vaccines because of a PEG allergy, you also cannot use the other class.

From the natural viewpoint, one can create a nice antihistaminic effect by supplementing with the bioflavonoid quercetin (1,000 mg or more daily) in combination with vitamin C (1,000 mg or more daily).

This is great advice–specifically if you only get one jab. But the fact is, the govt will require boosters which they may insist upon every 6 months or so.

There is a Spike Protein protocol by David Avocado Wolfe if you subscribe to his newsletter. He also recommends NAC, Vitamin D, Zinc, Vitamin C, Quercetin, Fennel tea etc. https://frequencylifestyle.org/newsletter/
