Recipe: Antioxidant Super Smoothie
From the Vitality Food Feature ‘Superfoods for Summertime‘.
- 2 cups blackberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 banana
- 2 basil leaves
- 3 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 cup clean, filtered water or coconut water
- Garnish: bee pollen, coconut flakes, granola, nuts&seeds, chia seeds, extra hemp seeds
- Optional: scoop of your favorite protein powder, acai berry powder, greens powder
1) Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
2) Garnish with your favorite toppings for added crunch.
