Recipe: Antioxidant Super Smoothie

  • 2 cups blackberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 2 basil leaves
  • 3 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup clean, filtered water or coconut water
  • Garnish: bee pollen, coconut flakes, granola, nuts&seeds, chia seeds, extra hemp seeds
  • Optional: scoop of your favorite protein powder, acai berry powder, greens powder

1) Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.

2) Garnish with your favorite toppings for added crunch.
