Las Vegas is known as the happiest place on earth (for adults), with great weather and many entertainment options. You have countless attractions at your disposal, but the real deal is the affordable housing prices. Las Vegas houses for sale are relatively cheap, and owning a home in Vegas comes with the benefit of a low property tax. Summer months can be HOT, however, there are more months that are mild, and the weather is enjoyed by most. Las Vegas offers plenty of sunshine (over 300 days!) with little rain.

There are some incredible places on the west coast of the USA that you really shouldn’t miss. Take a look at some of the best places to see in and around the west coast:

San Francisco

The economy across the entire Bay Area is electric right now. You will find two active Major League Baseball (SF Giants and Oakland Athletics) teams in the Bay Area for you to catch a game. There is one NFL team (SF 49ers) in the region as well. You can also catch the NBA, NHL, and MLS when living in the city. The weather is always nice enough in San Francisco to get outside, so you’ll see people enjoying the outdoors through hiking and cycling.

Seattle, Washington

There’s a reason Seattle, Washington’s nickname is the Emerald City. It’s a truly magical place in many ways. Seattle has many famous attractions like The Museum of Pop Culture, where you can see instruments that belonged to Jimi Hendrix, Nirvana, Pearl Jam, and other legendary Seattle musicians. Seattle is also home to many wonderful museums. At The Museum of Flight, you can explore famous rocket ships and airplanes. You can even step onboard President Eisenhower’s Air Force One. There is no better place to find spectacular views of the skyline than on top of the Space Needle.

Phoenix, Arizona

Arizona has some of the best golf courses on the west coast with more than 200 different locations, ranging from small neighborhood locations to world championship destinations. With over 300 days of sunshine, you’ll have many perfect days to perfect your golf game. Another perk of Arizona, you are next to California and Nevada for a fun road trip adventure. Take a day’s drive to Las Vegas or hit the road for a couple of hours to reach California.

Salt Lake City, Utah

Utah offers a dry, continental climate that supports all four seasons throughout most of the state. Most of Utah is covered with mountains – leading to endless opportunities to go hiking, cycling, and fishing. Utah is also home to five national parks: Arches, Capitol Reef, Bryce Canyon, Canyonlands, and Zion.
