Recipe: Drained Yogurt with Za’tar

This dish is excellent as a dip or a spread on toast.
- 1/2 pound well drained yogurt (yogurt placed in a cotton bag and hung over a pot or sink for 48 hours), or cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp za’tar
1) Spread drained yogurt or cream cheese evenly in a serving dish, then sprinkle the olive oil over the top.
2) Sprinkle the za’tar over the olive oil and serve.
