Apple Crisp Smoothie

  • 3/4 cup apple juice
  • 2 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 ripe banana, peeled and chopped
  • 1 Tbsp rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • pinch ground nutmeg

1) Measure apple juice, apples, raspberries, cranberry sauce, banana, oats, cinnamon, and nutmeg into the blender jug. Place lid securely on jug and blend at low speed for 30 seconds then gradually increase speed and blend another 30 seconds or until smooth. Serves 4
