Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped cucumber, unpeeled
- 1 tsp spirulina or chlorella powder (or other green powder)
- 1-1/2 cups chopped celery
- 2 cups chopped apple, unpeeled
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Optional Booster: 1 Tbsp sustainable fish oil
1) Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
