  • 1 cup chopped cucumber, unpeeled
  • 1 tsp spirulina or chlorella powder (or other green powder)
  • 1-1/2 cups chopped celery
  • 2 cups chopped apple, unpeeled
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1-1/2 cups water
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • Optional Booster: 1 Tbsp sustainable fish oil

1) Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
