Avocado and Tahini Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 large or 2 small ripe avocados, about 1 lb
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 Tbsp tahini
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp water
  • 4 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley or coriander
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • pinch cayenne

1) Pit and quarter avocados, then place along with all ingredients in a food processor and process into a paste. Serve as a spread on crackers or toast.
