Jenny Shi received her Doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture from the renowned Hubei Traditional Chinese Medical College in China. She certified in Pharmacology at the University of Illinois and has extensive teaching and research credits, including projects sponsored by the UN World Health Organization.
