Recipe: Vegetarian Lamb Rolls in Swiss Sauce

GRACEFUL VEGETARIAN RESTAURANT SERVES THESE DELICIOUS VEGETARIAN LAMB ROLLS IN SWISS SAUCE

This vegetarian version of Lamb Rolls replaces lamb with a combination of soy protein with mushrooms, celery, bell peppers, vegetables, and chilies.

Ingredients

  • 8 stalks broccoli
  • 8 slices vegetarian bacon
  • 8 pcs *vegetarian lamb
  • 1/2 Tbsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp soya or tamari sauce
  • 2 Tbsp organic ketchup
  • 1/2 Tbsp black vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp white sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp fresh ginger juice

1) Place vegetarian lamb in the center of vegetarian bacon, and roll it up using a toothpick to secure

2) Saute the bacon lamb roll until it holds, then remove toothpick

3) Boil broccoli in water with ginger juice

4) Saute broccoli in sesame oil with a pinch of salt

5) Add organic brown sugar, soya sauce, ketchup, black vinegar and cornstarch to thicken

6) Pour sauce over the vegetarian bacon rolls and serve warm
