New TA-65 Nutraceutical Proven to Rejuvenate Aging Cells

Suzanne Somers’ latest book, Bombshell, devotes an entire chapter to the benefits of TA-65

TA-65 is the most expensive nutraceutical on the market today. For this price one should expect miracles. While the company does not claim miracles as a medicinal benefit, their customers think it is miraculous. TA-65 is the only commercially available telomerase activator that actually lengthens the telomeres in your DNA.

TA-65, developed by the Geron Corporation from the Chinese herb astragalus, can prevent the effects of aging, and has even been proven in double blind studies to lengthen telomeres and rejuvenate aging cells. It’s like turning back the clock!

When cells divide, the telomeres, the ends of the DNA strand (think of the hard ends on your shoe laces) shorten. In 1984, three scientists discovered that an enzyme, which they named telomerase, could regrow the telomeres. Elizabeth Blackburn, Carol Greider, and Jack Szostak were awarded the Nobel Prize for Physiology or Medicine in 2009 for that discovery.

Since then it has become known that as the cell divides, telomeres shorten and impart less knowledge from the old cell to the new one. Hence, the skin wrinkles, the immune system weakens, bone density is lost, the brain shrinks, and one has a greater chance of getting cancer and heart disease.

Dr. W. Gifford-Jones, in his Toronto Sun column on 14 April 2012, wrote that consumption of TA-65 caused improvements in the immune system, blood cholesterol, fasting blood sugar, bone density, blood pressure, cognitive behaviour, and verbal memory in test subjects. Patients reported improved energy, muscle and joint flexibility, increased sexual function, stabilized body weight, and a reversal of the decline in vision caused by aging.

Suzanne Somers’ latest book, Bombshell, devotes a complete chapter to the benefits of TA-65. In the book, she positively reviews the science and then interviews a doctor who prescribes TA-65. She also interviews Noel Patton, the president of TA Sciences, the company which makes TA-65 under patent licence from Geron Corporation.

So is this ‘miracle’ worth $600 for 90 capsules? Thousands of repeat customers worldwide think it is.
