Sleep is something that most people have trouble with at some point in their lives; some more often than others. The pharmaceutical companies have come up with all kinds of over the counter and prescription sleep remedies but these are, of course, merely band-aid solutions.

As always, it’s better to get to the root of the issue and figure out a way to help yourself get in the right frame of mind to have a good sleep.

Master Hypnotherapist Georgina Cannon wants to help. Her CD “Sleep Wherever and Whenever You Wish To” is a great tool to get yourself to stop tossing and turning and just get a good night’s sleep. Cannon, founder and director of the Ontario Hypnosis Centre, guides the listener on a 26 minute journey which includes deep relaxation and visualization techniques to help bring about a deep and refreshing sleep. Her voice is quite soothing which makes listening to this CD a pleasure.

Cannon says the sleep program: “has been proven over and over again to be successful in regaining the sleep pattern.”

    Hypnosis is quite useful in correcting the sleeping pattern. It can make you fall asleep in peace and for long hours. Science behind it is that it relieves you from anxiety, lightening you from the burden of overthinking. Some people are even capable of hypnotizing instantly.
