Shrimps in Garlic

  • 5 Tbsp olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 small hot pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 pound frozen shelled shrimp, thawed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp fine chopped fresh coriander leaves or parsley

1) In a frying pan, heat oil, then sauté garlic and hot pepper over medium heat until garlic begins to brown. Add shrimp, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir-fry for a further 6 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and coriander or parsley, then serve sizzling hot.
