Recipe: Gluten-Free Ginger-Sesame Vinaigrette

GLUTEN-FREE GINGER-SESAME VINAIGRETTE DRESSING, AND THE DELICIOUS CHEF’S SPECIAL SAMPLED AT VEGETARIAN HAVEN

This simple salad dressing can be whipped up easily with a few ingredients and can be kept refrigerated for a week or two – a refreshing and aromatic dressing for any salad.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup minced fresh ginger*
  • 1/4 cup red rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sesame seed oil
  • 1/4 cup Bragg Liquid Aminos
  • 3 Tbsp organic honey or coconut sugar**
  • 1 tsp toasted black sesame seeds
  • *Be sure to use fresh ginger, not ginger powder
  • **Ingredient is adapted from the original recipe

1) Serve fresh and/or store refrigerated for up to 2 weeks in an air tight jar
