Citizens Under Fire from Government for Saving Lives with Natural Remedies
If a manufacturer or practitioner cannot share with us that a product is saving lives or curing illness, how are we to know? How are we, or a loved one, to be saved or cured?
My first experience in Court against Health Canada was about silencing the lambs. My client, Herbalist Jim Strauss, was facing jail for telling the truth, that he could treat heart disease. There was no doubt in my mind he was telling the truth.
At the trial I had five witnesses who were there to testify because they were only alive thanks to the Strauss Heart Drops. I had interviewed countless more witnesses. This was life changing for me. Health Canada was trying to send a herbalist, who was saving lives, to jail for telling the truth.
Before I knew it I was involved in another life-and-death Court case where Health Canada was attacking a natural health product manufacturer called Truehope for telling the truth. Truehope was saving the lives of Canadians who were suffering from severe mental illness, despite taking the approved Health Canada drugs.
The problem wasn’t that Truehope’s product was saving lives. The problem was that Truehope was telling the public that they were saving lives. Sharing such truth is forbidden by Health Canada. The lambs must be silenced.
Jim Strauss was making natural remedies because his life had been saved by them. The founders of Truehope had children who were in recovery only because of natural remedies. For the first fifteen years of my legal career, every natural health manufacturer I defended was only in the business because they, or a loved one, were alive or healthy because of the remedy they were selling.
In every case, access to their product was either life-or-death, or the difference between intense suffering and health.
When Health Canada attacked them, my clients could not accept what was happening. For them this was a life-or-death issue. They could not understand why Health Canada was attacking them. They could not understand that we are not allowed to save lives and help people with natural remedies.

This censorship is a life-and-death issue. We cannot afford to tolerate this censorship any longer.
