Rebounding for Cancer Prevention, Arthritis Relief, Lymphatic Detoxing

Rebounding stimulates all internal organs, moves the cerebral-spinal fluid, aqueous fluid within the eyes, and does wonders for the intestines

The body has a built-in need for activation. The lymph system, for example, bathes every cell, carrying nutrients to the cell and waste products away. Yet the lymph is totally dependent on physical exercise to move. Without adequate movement, the cells are left stewing in their own waste products and starving for nutrients, a situation that contributes to arthritis, cancer and other degenerative diseases including aging. Vigorous exercise such as rebounding is reported to increase lymph flow by 15 to 30 times. Bones become stronger with exercise.

Vertical motion workouts such as rebounding are much different, much more beneficial and efficient than horizontal motion workouts, such as jogging or running.

The lymph fluid moves through channels called “vessels” that are filled with one-way valves, so it always moves in the same direction. The main lymph vessels run up the legs, up the arms and up the torso. This is why the vertical up and down movement of rebounding is so effective to pump the lymph.

Detoxification and Immune System Benefits

The rebounding motion stimulates all internal organs, moves the cerebral-spinal fluid, aqueous fluid within the eyes (many people claim improved eyesight), and does wonders for the intestines. Many immune cells such as T-lymphocytes and macrophages are self-propelled by amoebic action. These cells contain molecules identical to those in muscle tissue. All cells in the body become stronger in response to the increased G-force during rebounding, and this cellular exercise results in the self-propelled immune cells being up to five times more active. The job description of these cells includes eating viruses, bacteria and even cancer cells, so it is good that they be active. This exercise directly strengthens the immune system.

Rebounding is an exercise that reduces body fat, firms the legs, thighs, abdomen, arms, and hips, increases agility, improves the sense of balance. Rebounding strengthens your muscles over all, provides an aerobic effect for the heart, rejuvenates the body when it’s tired, and generally puts one in a state of health and fitness.

Jumping on the mini-trampoline is remarkably un-strenuous on the joints. There’s no solid ground to suddenly stop the bouncing of the feet. Movements are perfectly safe, and they make the effect of gravity beneficial.

Some benefits of rebounding include:

• 20 minutes of rebounding = 1 hour running for cardiovascular workout

• 87% non-impact surface; not hard on the bones and joints

• Rebounding strengthens the heart muscle

• 100% body detoxification possible

By working against constant gravitational pressure while bouncing, the participant resists the Earth’s pull. This resistance is subtle, but it builds cellular strength. Rebounding’s alternating weightlessness and double gravity produce a pumping action which pulls out waste products from the cells, and forces into them oxygen and nutrition from the bloodstream.

The Detoxification Effect of Rebounding

The lymphatic system is the metabolic garbage can of the body. It rids you of toxins such as dead and cancerous cells, nitrogenous wastes, fat, infectious viruses, heavy metals, and other assorted junk cast off by the cells. The movement performed in rebounding provides the stimulus for a free-flowing system that drains away these potential poisons.

Unlike the arterial system, the lymphatic system does not have its own pump. It has no heart muscle to move the fluid around through its lymph vessels. There are just three ways to activate the flow of lymph away from the tissues it serves and back into the main pulmonary circulation. Lymphatic flow requires muscular contraction from exercise and movement, gravitational pressure, and internal massage to the valves of lymph ducts. Rebounding supplies all three methods of removing waste products from the cells and from the body.

The Muscular Effects of Rebounding

James White, Ph.D., director of research and rehabilitation in the physical education department at the University of California at San Diego (UCSD), has explained how jumping for health offers a true physical strengthening effect to the muscles.

“Rebounding allows the muscles to go through the full range of motion at equal force. It helps people learn to shift their weight properly and to be aware of body positions and balance,” says Dr. White.

An advocate of rebounding for athletic conditioning, Dr. White uses the rebounder in his rehabilitation program at UCSD. “When you jump, jog, and twist on this (jumping) device you can exercise for hours without getting tired. It’s great practice for skiing, it improves your tennis stroke, and it’s a good way to burn off calories and lose weight,” says Dr. White.

“My students tell me it’s so much fun that they often exercise on the rebounders for their own enjoyment.”

Dr. White added that jumping for health is more effective for fitness and weight loss than cycling, running or jogging, and it has the added advantage of producing fewer injuries.

The gentle bounce of rebounding is effective in returning natural, regular bowel movements to chronically constipated persons. The steady bounce sets up a pulsating rhythm transmitted by the nervous system to the brain area responsible for regulating the intestinal system, which re-establishes one’s rhythmical bowel activity. Digestion is improved as well.

It is important to realize that as you age, you become more toxic due to the pollutants in today’s world. It is also important to realize that if you have a disease, your cellular structure is compromised as your cells are already being robbed of the correct oxygen, mineral and nutrient compounds that your cells need to stay healthy.

Therefore, results will be much harder to realize and, in most cases, all benefits of lymphology won’t be realized if you only rebound and ignore the rest of the body cleanse and the work a lymphologist provides.

Recommended Rebounder Products

I always choose quality products. In a rebounder that may be used for over a million bounces a year, quality is essential. Typically a proper rebounder goes for $300 – $500 (Cdn). But if you want a real top notch rebounder, something to do weights on, or run on, see the one at the top of our list:

1) DAVE HALL’S CELLERCISE…
This product is listed for sale at $736 (Cdn) at the link below. I am in top shape and use this rebounder extensively for my workouts. It is a heavy duty device and has lasted me 15 years without any issues. The bounce feels stiff to start off with and breaks in slightly after use.

This is quite an advanced rebounder and proper
for fitness freaks – people who are advanced in their fitness regimen. This rebounder can be used for therapeutic purposes, although not recommended unless you are working with a lymphologist…

2) JUMPSPORT BUNGEE REBOUNDER …
This product is listed for sale at $369 (US) at the link below. This is an excellent rebounder, although slightly less rugged than the model by Dave Hall. Nevertheless, it is one of the top choices on the market. You can do advanced workouts, therapeutic usage, and normal body maintenance. In my opinion, the difference between this one and the Cellercise is you will need to replace the bungee cords every 2 years, and also it is not a heavy duty workout device like the Cellercise.
The Jumpsport is quite a popular choice with my clients, and was a FAVOURITE of mine for many years.

3) MAXIMUS PRO REBOUNDER:
This product is listed for sale at $349 (US) at the link below. Although I have not seen or know of anyone who has used these rebounders personally, this brand appears to be quite a good choice. It is spring-loaded but this is a solid design. The price is right. You can also view other rebounders here…

The criteria for choosing a rebounder is something that gives an 87% non-impact bounce, but will also be usable for 2 years without maintenance.

If you have Breast Cancer and Cancer in the lymph nodes won’t rebounding spread it?

The Hippocrates Clinic in Florida – which is one of the most well known and longest running alternative medicine cancer clinics (50 years) in North America – has about 20 Bellicon rebounders in their clinic. These are for use by their recovering patients during cancer treatments and stay at the clinic. Most patients live at the clinic for 3-4 months during their treatments. The clinic has regular rebounding classes during their stay to help with their program and recovery.

Pretty amazing. The old article, I believe did not contain the info about the Hippocratic clinic Florida did not contain the relevant info about this clinic. Back in 2004 or 2005, I wrote for them. It is probably why they have rebounders in the 1st place. But they are smart, now they have 20.

The idea of the rebounder is to mobilize, work, or detox the lymphatic system. If you have cancer in this area, it is already spreading around your body. Rebounding will do no further damage as the disease is already circulating in your bodily fluids.

If someone has the above cancers, then you have the cancer(s) because you already let your lymphatic system down. Yes. Theory states rebounding could cut up or dislodge some cancer cells upon usage. But if you start paying attention to the cancer and work at it, then there is a chance you keep cutting up the cancer further, dislodging it from the main clustered area. Then if you lessening the cancer in your body, over time it will get less. As if you are lessening the main cluster, and it keeps going down, the original cancer tumour is receding… At least in my opinion. If you are lessening the main cluster, it was cancer. If cells from the main cancer cluster have become dislodge and are floating around in your body but the main cluster is receding, that means your immune system is picking at the cluster. So why would your immune system not pick at the loosened deposits which are floating around in your body, after they were dislodged from your body. The whole idea is to loosen these deposits, boost your immune system as well and then discharge these foreign particles via the lymphatics as well.

Sorry Mellissa. Apologies for the late reply.

Mobilizing the lymphatic system will cause immune cells to propagate within the body. This should help slowly break up the cancer all around.

Cancer does spread when it is active, it is spreading always. If you are working to correct this problem, it also makes sense that there will be deposits in your system that come from the lumps which are receding, getting smaller.
The difference is when you active the lymph system it allows for the natural immunities to disrupt the cancer, I feel, and then instead of the deposits still being active in your body, the movement of the lymph system helps remove these deposits over time.

My experience is some time back, I had Prostate Cancer. The urologist I saw, said I had lumps. I also feel I had other problems in my midsection area due to this.

So over a 6 month period using the rebounder, and also applying a lot of detox, cleaners, cleansers, applying lymphology right and correct, I feel I allowed my natural immunities to circulate correctly, freely so the cancer cells got broken up and then the deposits from this got slowly removed with overall body detox like lymphology offers.

So yes, Cancer spreads anyway, I feel and also science/medical says so. I also feel it either is spreading actively or trying to spread due to the cancer cells coming off the original cancer nodules….

      Thanks,

      David.

Read an article on rebounding in the Well Being Journal magazine. It will tell you of people who healed from different cancers from rebounding for two minutes every hour for 30 days. I had ovarian cancer and did it myself. It will give you plenty of hope

Quite possible and amazing what really happens when you work or mobilize thee system that is responsible for removing foreign particles from the body and detoxing it… The rebounder works this system 100% efficiently, that is the key.

It is pretty amazing how people develop diseases in this world and it is directly related to the lymphatic system and the lack of work it gets in our lazy society. If you do rebounding right, detox and recovery can be achieved. Detox is not limited to drug and alcohol… How many times have you heard, smoking gives you cancer, air pollution gives you lung cancer? Detoxing is removing foreign particles, matter, pollutants and other things that you ingest from, eating, drinking breathing, from the body.

It is the particles like benzine, carbon, ammonia, NOX gasses, that are found in things like automobile exhaust and cigarette smoke that get trapped in your body over time and then cause you problems.

So a body detox is not just limited to drugs and alcohol. It ALSO includes removing foreign pollutants from your body you ingest every day from our polluted world.

Rebounding can help you achieve some of your detox goals. A 100% body detox for a clean pristine body and a dramatically improved immune system, of course is available from a lymphologist.

A lymphologist gives people back their lives. They are body detox specialists. Drugs, alcohol, foreign and toxic pollutants that people ingest everyday through eating, breathing, drinking, smoking and snorting are things a body detox specialist like a lymphologist can help you with.

The rebounder is designed to help with lymphatic drainage and cleansing. If cancer has advanced to this point, it has likely spread elsewhere in the body as well. Since the sickness is already spread throughout your blood and other bodily fluids, bouncing won’t make things worse.
