Recipe of the Week: Hemp Butter Hummus

Hemp Butter Hummus

Here is a healthy twist on traditional hummus, with hemp butter added to the mix.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of cooked or canned organic chickpeas
  • ½ cup of aqua fava (chickpea water)
  • 3 Tbsp hemp butter
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika

Place all ingredients in blender for 2 minutes, and serve.
